By accessing or using Aura Pharm Academy (the “Service”), including the website at aurapharm.ca and the application at app.aurapharm.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aura Pharm Academy is an educational platform that provides question banks, practice exams, study tools, and related learning resources for people preparing for Canadian pharmacy licensing exams, including the PEBC qualifying examination. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty and may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
• Access may require manual approval before use is granted.
• We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or sell any questions, explanations, or content from the Service
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract the question bank programmatically
• Use the Service for any purpose other than personal educational study
• Impersonate another user or provide false information

5. Intellectual Property

Content made available through the Service is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from Service content except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

6. Feedback & Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other information you submit to Aura Pharm Academy — whether through the contact form on our website, in-app feedback tools, email, or any other channel — becomes the sole property of Aura Pharm Academy. Submitting feedback does not entitle you to ownership, contribution credit, compensation, or any other consideration. We may use, modify, or incorporate your submissions at our discretion without obligation to you.

7. Fees and Future Paid Features

Some features, content, or access tiers may become paid in the future. If paid access is offered, pricing and purchase terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

8. Brand Changes

We may operate the Service under Aura Pharm Academy, Aura Pharm, or another successor brand name in the future. These Terms continue to apply to the Service even if the name, branding, domain structure, or visual identity changes.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the PEBC examination or any other assessment. The Service does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, or legal advice. Aura Pharm Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC).

10. Limitation of Liability

Aura Pharm Academy and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
